I have never ever had such poor service and never in my adult life have been called I liar!!! When I attempted to escalate my issue with the TV they merely gave me a generic Caesars email to contact. I made three complaints about no functioning TV in the room and each time I was told it would be resolved.day six now as I am writing and STILL no TV in the room!!! They simply don't care, and when you challenge them around service they simply lie and make up stories to the extent that they actually called me a liar, naturally I was sooo angry and when I raised my voice (no foul language/no threatening behaviour etc) merely a raised voice as I was called a liar they then called security and I had five guards around me within 30 seconds. Alas, this is the first (and last) time I'll ever select this hotel.

I have been lucky enough to visit las Vegas on 20 or so occasions. Do expect them to lie and not address any concerns. Do not expect any level of basic service.
